All in stock items will ship within 3 business days of placing the order. All items ship First Class via USPS.

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product by sending an email with a photo attached of the damaged product to Jaimes.jnh@gmail.com.  Our Customer Care team will review the damage and determine if a replacement will be issued. Replacements will not be issued after 14 days.

Please contact our Customer Care team at Jaimes.jnh@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange, refund or placing the correct order. Inquiries received after 30 days will not be exchanged, refunded or replaced.

All lip glosses contain a mixture of natural oils including Coconut Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Jojoba Oil, Castor oil, and Vitamin E oil. Other ingredients include Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ethylene / Propylene / Styrene Copolymer, Butylene / Ethylene / Styrene Copolymer, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Cosmetic Mica Powder.
